The Ring helps you make sense of your attitude to and relationships with your children. It is a reflection tool, not an assessment or a test. The Inspire Ring Parent gives immediate feedback in the form of a personal chart, allowing a structured and focused discussion of your strengths and issues for development.

It gives four bits of information:

• overall inspiration score from 0 to 100%
• your balance between support and challenge e.g. 60% to 40%
• a % score for each of the parenting styles
• your specific strengths and issues
